The 3DS' price is being cut by $80, with a bunch of free Virtual Console games going to the early adopters. I really think Nintendo misstepped by releasing the console with only a few lackluster launch titles. They probably should have waited until nearer the Christmas season and built up buzz (and titles) until then.
Well, you can trade the Pokémon with other 3DS users. Everyone gets three random ones each day. The AR markers are for collecting the stickers for Pokémon that are already in your Pokédex. I've been trading at work and am up to 128 now. One of the designers on my project has been out sick this week, so she potentially has fifteen that I don't, and the company's owner hasn't traded in a while, so that's maybe another fifteen to twenty. I may have "caught 'em all" by the end of the week.
Meanwhile, I've unlocked all the system voices in DOAD, which means I can have any character from the game (even minor ones) shouting, "Get ready... FIGHT!" I only wish more people had the game so I'd get more StreetPasses. I blame Super Street Fighter 4: 3D Edition, which is not half as cool, but came out at launch.
Dead or Alive Dimensions is a very cool game. It records your fighting style and passes it to other people via StreetPass so they can play an A.I. opponent that fights the way you do.
You can also shake the 3DS and make boobies jiggle.
The 3DS browser supports images, but apparently no Flash, Java, or Javascript. I put bookmarks to Wikipedia and Wolfram Alpha, but that's about it.
The shop is pretty nice. I never had a DSi, so I got a few DSiWare games, including one I had worked on a few years ago. Excitebike 3D is free until July 7th, and there's a free Pokedex 3D app where you can get Pokemon "stickers" from AR markers. I wrote a program to help me find all the markers, and here they are. :-)
I don't think turning off the 3D has much effect on the battery life. It looks like all it really does is deactivate an LCD overlay that creates the parallax barrier. The color LCD is still rendering every pixel. Granted, it's not doing the extra transform per vertex, but I don't think it's doing a full transform for each eye anyway.
I have all of the hats and all of the puzzle pieces. I'm working on collecting all the king-size fish. (I have them all at regular size.) I have way more figure points than I know what to do with in Super Street Fighter IV (somewhere over 200,000) and 500 figures. Eventually I will clear out the weaker ones and try to collect one of each character on each level.
I agree that Street Fighter isn't the best franchise to show off the 3D, but it does an admirable job of showing off the other features of the 3DS. I'm waiting to see what DOA looks like, with people being thrown through walls (BOOBIES!) and off cliffs (BOUNCY TITS!) and stuff.
This is awesome. The copyright symbols (apparently reserved only for her and her family, and not even the other "victim"), using her son's full name in every instance (except for in the title of the document), bolding all the times, and what about this?
This woman actually believes she can require permission to use her son's name in court documents. And apparently thinks the school board may try to kill people to avoid paying her.
She's playing a race card drawn in crayon and with "race" misspelled.
I had really bad luck getting the Eye of Wealth badge. The first time I found the artifact, my computer locked up. The second time, the power went out. I used the Escape Wings immediately the third time, and now I have all the badges.
If you shave with an electric razor for more than two minutes, you increase your risk of cancer.
Of course, I'm tempted to wonder if electric toothbrushes have the same problem, especially since they say you're supposed to brush your teeth for [i]at least[/i] two minutes.
I am waiting for actual 3D content on Netflix before I start my free trial. Starfox 64 3D looks pretty good. At least it isn't a fighting game.

I saw a murder mystery once where someone was shot after she was dead. Not like this, though.
Google+, Hulu+... Everything's gonna have a + soon.
PRINTING IS AWESOME!
All I need is the autumn form of Sawbuck and my Pokédex is complete.
I think I know what bad typing is.

I am writing this on the new 3DS browser! No Flash makes it kinda dull, though.
I wonder how long it will take before this very thread is spammed.

People insult other people online? STOP THE PRESSES!
I liked the one with the spiders better.
I've written a CAPTCHA PHP script. It was fun.
I stopped going to the forums a long time ago. There was barely any activity there anyway.
Maybe it's also a reference to The Godfather.
Jack O' Saliva?
Halloween must be truly disturbing where you come from.
Really? With all the plastic surgery, I couldn't tell.
If Twitter is so great, why is Michael Jackson dead?
That's sad.

The ad revenue must suck.
I did not.
I think it has something to do with Iron Maiden.
My blood runs cold. My memory has just been soiled.

It is way too easy to cheat at this.
What the hell is spam, anyway?
Most of these aren't fails at all, just silly.
The spam on this site has hit a new low.
I hate going from BBCode forums to HTML forums in the middle of the night.

[b]WE'RE ALL DOOMED![/b]
I think this is actually an audio-animatronic from the Russian version of Chuck E. Cheese's.
