www.bugmenot.com is where you can 'Bypass Mandatory Registration.' It's for stuff like newspaper sites that require a login to view their articles or stuff like In4mador where you need to create an account to post a link.
You just go to bugmenot and there's a couple of accounts waiting to be logged into so you don't have to make an account.
I submitted it once but it got rejected even though it's a great and helpful site.
