Paper Art Paper sculptures made entirely with a single piece of A4 paper, made by artist Peter Callesen. posted to art -> art, sculptures, paper by Rabid_Weasle, Sep 29th, 2006
m00n103 you are my hero for doing what I was too lazy to do. I knew I had seen some of the artwork before, and was quite certain I was sent there from here.
This kind of stuff is truly impressive. I get so tired of "art" that is basically some idiot smearing crap (sometimes literally) on a canvas or coming up with some new, inventive way of doing something, only to prove why people hadn't done it that way before.
This stuff is inventive and very well done.
Actually, in my art class, we are learning line drawings of celebrities. I hate it, because I like art that is more about expression than form. Dadaism is my favorite type. Not Marilyn Monroe Lookalike Cardboards.
Great, another item to add to my "people I will always be inferior to" list.
I'll second that
Yes yes.
Inferior at cutting & folding paper. Shoulda paid more attention in 1st grade.
Damn my left-handed-scissors-needing handicap!
Jesus hates left-handers.
I am very impressed and very left-handed.
Only A4 paper, eh?
Racist.

I write left handedly, but use right handed scissors. Is there something wrong with me?

I half recalled seeing it as well. Whatever, there's more on the one I submitted.

You...you don't like my crap sculptures?
*flushes away*
Unfortunately, that's exactly the kind of technique they teach you in art class. Sans the feces, of course.
that was pretty much awesome. the fact that i have trouble folding a paper taco makes me all the more impressed
I thought I had posted this link before.
