I was going to post something like "Oh, I was expecting more something like this" accompanied with a nice picture of hot spoon on spoon action, but apparently, the internet isn't awesome enough to produce some rule 34 about silverware... yet.
Now, all of this is shared online... how will EA manage this... I mean, little timmy 6 year old plays spore and his fuzzy bunne creature gets eaten by a 20 ft tall dong
I made a character called HungryVag who *happened* to have a mouth for a vagina, and my account was suspended. See EA's email:

A turn on if you're into bestiality, I suppose.
Yiff!

You've never seen this?
Ah! I knew I had seen something like it somewhere! For an instant there, I thought the internets had failed in its quest to produce anything.

Tell Timmy, that's life.
I would suspect that little Timmy is the one actually creating the dongs.
If by "little Timmy" you mean "everyone," then yes.
http://www.spore.com/sporepedia#qry=srch-ifnord%3Asast-500003627274%3Apg-48 is my first attempt. I then made a pretty decent cohort, the "Runny Vahina". And promptly got an email from EA that my account has been suspended for a week.
So that answers the question of how they're going to handle it...
