If you aim directly at the bottom of the circle, you'll notice the bolt and cube is pointing about 1/8 of the circle farther up. It's that simple. Rotate & fire.
I don't get it.
I can't get past the one where you're supposed to get the blocks higher than the orange line.
That's where I'm stuck too. It makes very little sense.
You can drag the blocks.
It's easy. when the squares move up, wait for them to stop then click and drag up.
It's the last level for volume 1.
What a great game.
fun -- i just beat the game. Some of the levels i seemed to have beat without really knowing what I did, though...
and one level has a very large nsfw word, fyi.

In fact, now that I check it again, if you aim directly at the bottom you should be able to hit the arrow... nope, just up bit higher than that.
