The dude explained why he was so unimaginative at the end of the file. I had a little trouble believing this is a Beatles song. It seems way out of the usual for them. Never been too much of a fan of them anyway.
"i dont know what other way there was to take them... they reflected exactly what they meant."
That's what I mean by unimaginative--too literal. It was like the animator storyboarded the song. The best videos are those that take the song to a different level or concept and make it work.
It may be technically well-done, but it's completely unimaginative.
i whole-heartedly disagree. i loved it. excellent flash, good song, wonderful animation, etc.
i noticed a little invader zim inspiration too. natch!
I liked it too. I thought it was very imaginative. The artist may have taken the lyrics literally, but he portrayed them very well.
i dont know what other way there was to take them... they reflected exactly what they meant.
Not being much of a Beatles fan, I had never heard this song before.
That flash animation was enjoyable, even if it was only for the novelty of the song.
Thumbs up!

The beatles didn't imply it was so such a bloody incident.
