Without cheating I honestly scored 350 to 400 words per minute.

I'm above average. Good for me.

I did cheat, and I got 850-900 words per minute.

I think it's all just a plot to get people to read boring crap, anyway.

450-500. I'm not sure I'll be reading any more Willa Cather. The Professor in his PJs painting his bathtub wasn't doing much for me. Why couldn't he be painting a hooker?

I got 300-350. I always thought I read slowly, but it says I'm above average. Go figure.

You read between 350 - 400 words per minute. Well above average reading level. (The average rate is between 200 - 250 words per minute.)
And I agree, it's bloody boring.........

But were you actually reading or skimming? I only got between 150-200 but I'm working on raising my read rate.

I got 550-600. It's what kept me out of the armed services.

Are you sure it's not because you have no arms?
