Assuming the list is based on skill or something, we've ended up 8th on the Klan charts, which I'm guessing is being topped by SomethingAwful goons

The list is based on the total number of people, and since most clans are either a small bunch of friends or a huge group of forumgoers from an internet giant, we're not that bad in that area but will likely be stuck there for a while. But last time I checked how we were ranking in average cred, there were only 3 or 4 klans that sucked more than we did.

And while we're on the topic of Weasle being a /b/tard (Interests: Mudkips was the only thing that made me crack a smile on yesterday's rather uneventful evening :D), I think the game was made by a group of Anons too, or at least people who are familiar with 4chan's (rather messy) culture through ED.

Heh, I don't know, to me, the dialogue/general "DON'T MESS WITH ME! I'M ANONYMOUS, B****!" attitude looked more like it was a regular's reference to all the "newfags"(their word, not mine) who take the concept of Anonymous too seriously.

We might be closer to Scientology Takedown than you think too, one of the forum ideas in Forumbuildr is "Saiyantology" (It's the least voted on idea tough, so chances are we'll never have a chance to see it in action)

Ha, they shot up to #1 because practically everyone in the clan has been reading the thread on the forums, and someone posted an exploit in the thread that allowed people to get multiple starting packs or change their avatar. All of the facepunch members got an 'I'm Gay' e-peen, and a tubmail from Evil Trout (CEO of Crotch Zombie)

It would be nice if they let gave a bit of a play by play for the Domination after it's over so you know why you lost.

I'm on the flip-side of that: I got a trophy out of it and I have no idea why...

I was just playing the game normally and I was in the lead for total scoops. I think people who actually play the domination just wait for 20 minutes before it's over and use up all their cards. Much like eBay.

Two things.. 4 scoops for a card seems useless for the somewhat mild effects.. 2 or 3 scoops would be more reasonable..

Secondly.. I am a level 7 troll and now that I my missions are for forumz with 4 difficulty bars I find it impossible to beat.. One thread drains me completely down to where I'd need to use items..

double posting is lame.. but yeah.. after I stopped being a moron and did the Ophelia quest and got the bad poetry move it seems plausible to pwn the forums.. still gonna be a pain though :) Got it down to 2 threads before dying.. will just have to go item crazy.

I could see the cards being useful for grabbing the hard to get cards (like the blues and bowns).

We should at some point work at getting together to pwn all the forums to get 3 vanilla scoops each.

(maybe if we can get on ventrilo or something we can all finish all 12 forums at once. I think there's an award for that)

Advice to level 7's like Psyconius who think they've hit a wall or at least a pretty good obstacle: Don't give up. Level 7 sucks because the forums and required cred to level get a major difficulty boost, and you still haven't got the power to punch through threads after threads to power-level. But when you hit level 8, you'll be back in business in no time and will produce a lot of money in little time. The only wall you'll hit from there is the last forum, which can easily be pwnt with 2 or 3 thousand Flezz worth of items (it's not that much when you get there)

Also, you don't need to pwn forums completely to gain experience and money, so failing a few times in a hard forum can be better than pwning an entire low-level one.

And I might have an idea for the klan's profile: In4mador: Too cool to be in the spotlight.

The only Klan awards ("E-peens") there are are for topping leaderboards, either in Cred, Flezz, Forums pwnt or Most players. There is one for pwning 12 forums in a row, but that one's individual.

It seems there IS a reward for pwning 12 forums in a row, and that reward comes in the form of 3 of those hard to get vanilla scoops for each members of the klan, though no E-Peens are involved. A good way to do this would be to all be within a few moves from totally pwning a different forum, then coordinating it so that we finish them at the same time, tough such an effort could easily get ruined by someone finishing one of the forums in the short lapse of time between our first and last finish.

I too, am stuck in the level 7 doldrums, but I'm also slipping on money as well. If anyone else is, go for charisma with special glasses (yes, trolls can wear a few glasses, just gotta keep checking the Ppwn Shop). My issue is that I cant afford the glasses to yield more money...

Just find a forum that's easy enough to let you pwn a good number of threads before killing you but difficult enough to get a healthy amount of cred/money from it, or return to easily pwnable ones and XSS them.
