Well there's like, uh, the forehead door, cannon nose, propeller nose, tree nose. You can feed the circles off the tree nose and from the forehead door projection to the head. Fire-breath, arm ear, hair, head dots, lots of things in the top of the head.
It's so satisfying to pluck off his nose.
I wish there were infinite permutations of things to do with this guy.

You can pull his eye out and feed it to him again, but I think that's it.
You can also make him cry by teasing his elephant nose with food (or his own eye).
