I don't know about awesome photos but I love the idea - he leaves a camera lying around with a note for people to take a photo and put it back. I would like to see what develops.

They did this on that internet magazine site that I forget the name of a few times

Posterchild did this with a box so they wouldn't get stolen. I even thought of this once, but my friend actually did it. He never got his cameras back.
