What a great song, and now it's an ad for Levi's jeans. Bands sell out faster and faster these days.
I don't know if I'd consider it selling out. Unless they end up losing their artistic integrity because of this, I still see it as talented people making money out of something they enjoy. Especially in this case, where they were probably approached by Levi's and told they wanted to make an ad out of that sweet student video that used their song, refusing would have been a dick move toward the video's makers in its own way.
