I <3 racism

This woman is retarded if she expects anything.

Oops, now I'm racist.

She needs to get slapped herself.

This is awesome. The copyright symbols (apparently reserved only for her and her family, and not even the other "victim"), using her son's full name in every instance (except for in the title of the document), bolding all the times, and what about this?

"I am the sovereign mother, intellectual property owner, creator and caretaker of Curtis Bowenę..."

This woman actually believes she can require permission to use her son's name in court documents. And apparently thinks the school board may try to kill people to avoid paying her.

She's playing a race card drawn in crayon and with "race" misspelled.

Sure, she plays the race card, but she's the one who considers another person as her property.

I have handled claims, lawsuits, and complaints for a school district for the last ten years. I thought I saw every unreasonable demand possible until I read this. Yeah, the teacher did something wrong and deserves to be punished for it, but this mom thinks she hit what we call the Litigation Lottery.

If you ever wondered what Bipolar Disorder was, this may help.

It's nice that she feels Curtis is a piece of property, just as several of his ancestors were.
