Surprisingly (thankfully) there's no passionate love-making between the two in the story. Heck, almost half of the story is Goku single-handedly taking on what seems to be a large part of the German army while piloting a tank, then going mano a mano with the Führer.
Oh, that's no spoilers. I've read Anne Frank, and there's no Goku or Hitler deathmatch. I won't ruin it, but it involves He-Man and Lenin's ghost instead.
