Between Sky and Earth
Contemporary artist Felice Varini seems to randomly paint things that gives the viewer a perspective optical illusion. Click on "Hors point de vue" and select "Ouvrir" for more photos from different angles.

The one with the circles on the buildings makes it look like the buildings themselves are bending, especially the 'Ginger' building on the right side of the picture.
It says Singer, but I can see where the mistake can be made. If you click the magnify button you can see the detail of the illusion even better.
